Shareholder communications
Wesfarmers provides fast and secure electronic communication of important information about your shareholding. You will also be able to access the Annual Report and other shareholder communications at www.wesfarmers.com.au once released. Going digital reduces paper waste and lowers mailing costs for Wesfarmers, meaning more funds are available to be reinvested into Wesfarmers’ businesses to deliver returns.
If you have not done so already, simply go to Investor Centre at www.investorcentre.com/au and follow the prompts, or contact Computershare (using the details below).
When you use Investor Centre or contact Computershare you will need your Security Reference Number (SRN) or your Holder Identification Number (HIN) and your postcode. Both numbers are on your Issuer Sponsored/CHESS statements.
Enter your email address and update your preferences to ‘email’ to receive your shareholder communications electronically.
Important information relating to notices of meeting and annual reports
Notices of meeting
Following the passing of the Corporations Amendment (Meetings and Documents) Act 2022 in February 2022 (Cth), Wesfarmers now issues notices of general meetings, including annual general meetings, electronically unless a shareholder has made an election to receive a paper copy of these documents.
If you currently receive paper copies of notices of meeting and would prefer to receive them electronically please update your preferences at www.investorcentre.com/au or contact Computershare (using the details below). Alternatively, If you wish to receive paper copies of notices of meeting, you can update your preferences using the same process.
Annual reports
Shareholders can also elect not to receive an annual report. If you choose not to receive an annual report you can access it on our website at https://www.wesfarmers.com.au/investor-centre/company-performance-news/reports
